Mobile Marketing

I am going to do a little change of topics from time to time ,when I find something that is hot.
So here it is mobile marketing there is nothing hotter right now.
This is were all the big dogs are heading.
There is so many different avenues to go through but the one I am going to talk about is mobil websites and text messageing campaigns.
This is were we are heading .
Some companys have been doing it for some time.
Just think about this a e- mail has about a 40% chance of getting open but a text has a 90% chance of getting a response.

Working With A Agent

There is nothing more valuable to an Invester then to working with a experienced Invester friendly agent. I can't tell you how many times my agent stopped me from making big mistakes. Now be very careful there are alot of agents out there that will not be Invester friendly and discourage you from your dreams of being a successful invester. Real Estate agents are funny. The trick is to find one that is huggry and experienced. I find that remax is very good. What I did was pull up a list of agents in my area and called and ask to speak to the agent im the office that works best with investers. Then I was put through to my current agent. Now here os a little tip. When you find a property that you are interested in do not use your agent only if you havev to. Because you want to use the listing agent that way she is looking to earn double commission so works double as hard for your offers. So times you find yourself we're you can't do this but this is the goal whenever possible. Don't get me wrong I would never cut my agent out of a deal she brought to me just on deals that I found on my own.

Before I go any further I would like to tell you a little about me.
No matter what I always try to do the right thing. It might not always be the thing that puts the most money in my pocket but its what's ethical.
I am a single father of four. I have a eighteen year old and a four and two year old.
I finally said to my self on my way to my job that I hate one mourning that I am sick of struggling. There was a guy on tv late night talking about real estate and everything he said I wanted. So I went after it like it was my last chance. Three of his books and a program and seven months and boom! My first deal! I made $7000 and it didn't cost me a penny. Just followed everything he said. The number one thing that I still do to this day is wright down your goals. I can not tell you how valuable this is.
Back to me I am so happy with my life now that I want everyone to feel the way that I do. So that is why I am here.
I am going to jump from subject to subject but I believe that I will get my point across to you.
So from time to time its not going to be just real estate but something to make us better people in this world. So if you are like me and want more out of life,sick of your job, worried about your future. Stick with me I am not selling you anything. Just giving the secrets away that I learned from trial and error.
